The traditional cooking experience and author of Ulises Mejia Romero and his staff have made the Donostiarra and Navarra fusion cuisine in the Ansoleaga 33 restaurant. Without having to go to San Sebastian or Guetaria, find seafood prepared in the same way and you'll feel like you're in port but with the warmth of the old part of Pamplona and with the added touch of the products from our garden.
